Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?

 Just choose the model, size and colour, and any upgrades you want, click 'add to cart' then follow the payment instructions in the cart page. For any ad-hoc custom work that doesn't have a specific button please contact us for a quote and then use the 'Extra Payment' option once a price has been agreed upon. 

Can i pay by debit card or credit card ? I do not have Paypal account , how can i pay for it ?

 

offline payment only available for the customer who collect the bike from the store .

so you can pay by debit card or bank transfer at the showroom ,

offline payment is not for the customer who want the bike to be delivered

if you want to pay by debit card or credit card , please checkout with paypal

then you can see the option - pay by paypal as guest ,(so you can use your credit card or debit card to pay directly )

Do you accept returns or refunds?

 For postal orders returns are possible as long as the item is in boxed condition, just send the parcel back within 28 days and we will issue a refund for the bike, postage costs are covered by the sender. In the case of bicycles purchased from the shop, as long as the item is in new unridden condition we will accept returns and provide a refund. If the bicycle has been ridden we can still often issue a refund, less the cost of cleaning, and any parts that need replacing to bring the bike back to shop condition. All bicycles purchased from the shop must be returned within 7 days. 

What is your warranty?

 All of our bikes come with one year warranty that covers all metal parts in case of manufacturing error. The warranty does not cover rubber parts, accidental damage, wear and tear, or any damage caused by neglect or negligence. 

Is servicing included with my new bike?

 We include a generous twelve months of free servicing with every bike, to be redeemed at Whitechaple Cycles. This includes three full services over the first year, at four-month intervals. We'll also always be on hand for any adjustments and repairs, just come by for a visit. 

What are your delivery options?

 

We ship to the UK mainland per bike, Trade customers please contact us directly for bulk shipping discounts.

You will receive an e-mail with your Tracking Number and Tracking Web Page as soon as your purchase has been collected for shipping.

After receiving your payment, delivery usually takes 2-3 working days for UK mainland,

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

 Please check the tracking number you will be supplied with when we confirm your order. If you are still unable to find the status of your delivery then contact us at https://whitechapelcycles.co.uk/contact-us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible
